VIRTUAL TOURS

If you're anything like us, you're missing Broadway. And probably missing New York City too! Have no fear, BUC virtual tours are here!

We are happy to offer all of our award-winning exterior tours virtually to be enjoyed from wherever you are. Utilizing Zoom, guests will participate in a live, interactive experience led by Green Team Owner Tim Dolan. In addition to his signature stories and rare photos, the experience incorporates trivia questions, polls, and a live chat conversation all woven together seamlessly to bring Broadway alive in your living room for an hour and fifteen minutes!

Upon registering participants will receive a secure Zoom link to access the event at

"curtain time." See below for our full virtual tour schedule and to book a ticket.

Looking to book Tim for a private group virtual experience? Shoot us an email (info@broadwayupclose.com) and let us know what date and time you're looking for and we'll take care of the rest!

VIRTUAL CALENDAR

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ARE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED IN ADVANCE?

Yes, because our virtual tours require a ZOOM link to access the live event, reservations must be made at least 3 hours in advance.

WILL THE VIRTUAL TOUR BE RECORDED FOR REPLAYING?

Just like a live show, each of our tours is live and in the moment, not available for streaming or replays afterwards.

HOW LONG ARE THE TOURS?

Each virtual tour is approximately an hour and fifteen minutes in length.

WILL THE HOST BE WALKING AROUND OUTSIDE WHILE TALKING?

After much experimenting, our virtual tours feature Tim seated inside telling stories, and sharing photos virtually. This enables him to monitor the live chat and trivia questions and incorporate those into the experience.

DO YOU OFFER TICKET REFUNDS?

While all ticket sales are final, we understand that situations arise. In the event that a guest has to cancel their reservation, we will make our best efforts to reschedule to another virtual tour or provide a credit for a future experience.
