At Broadway Up Close we strive to give you a behind-the-scenes look at Broadway, utilizing the 41 iconic Broadway theaters as the framework to tell our stories. Incorporating rare photos and videos displayed on iPads, our Green Team of actors and stage managers will share architectural oddities, ghost stories, anecdotes, fun facts, and more!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
ARE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED IN ADVANCE?
Yes, because our public tours are intimate experiences of no more than 15 people, reservations are required in advance.
WHERE DOES EACH TOUR START AND END?
Each experience begins and ends in a different location. Full location details can be found on each respective tour page above.
HOW LONG ARE THE TOURS?
Each tour is approximately an hour and forty-five minutes and a 1/2 mile in length. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
WILL THERE BE ANY BATHROOM BREAKS?
Due to the short length of each tour, we won't have time to accommodate any extra stops along the way. Each tour begins near a hotel or restaurant with public restrooms.
DO TOURS RUN IN INCLEMENT WEATHER?
Yes, our tours operate rain or shine, barring any potentially dangerous weather conditions. In the event that we have to cancel a tour, a full refund will be provided within 24 hours of cancellation.
DO YOU OFFER TICKET REFUNDS?
While all ticket sales are final, we understand that situations arise. In the event that a guest has to cancel their reservation, we will make our best efforts to reschedule to another out-going tour or provide a credit for a future experience.
DO WE GET TO GO INSIDE ANY THEATERS?
Our Hudson Theatre Up Close Tour is an interior tour of Broadway's oldest (and newest!) theater. Otherwise our exterior tours traverse the sidewalks of Times Square, but don't make any interior theater entrances.
IS IT OKAY TO TIP YOUR TOUR GUIDE?
Of course tipping is optional, but if you had a great time your guide would appreciate any gratuities based on their "performance". The price of your ticket does not include gratuity for your Green Team Guide.
